Since the safe, responsible, and positive use of social media is such an important topic for our students, we are excited to have Ben Tracy from Safe Social Media back to Providence to speak to our students on Tuesday, February 18. He will speak to our students during the day and again to our parents that evening. A big thanks to the Stallion Annual Fund for making this possible!
Ben Tracy, a leading speaker on youth online safety and social media, recently completed his run across America to call attention to these issues. Over the course of 125 days, he ran 120 marathons from coast to coast, totaling 3,125 miles. Fewer than 400 people have ever run across America.
Since 2018, Ben Tracy has spoken to hundreds of thousands of students, parents, and educators about online safety and responsible social media use. His presentations offer powerful, real-world lessons about navigating life in the digital age. Ben addresses issues such as cyberbullying, the dangers of online predators, the link between social media and mental health, and the alarming risks associated with counterfeit and fentanyl-laced drugs sold on social media.
