Continuous Enrollment

User Friendly
Re-Enrollment

Last year, 96% of eligible families at Providence School returned to our school for the current year. We wanted to make the re-enrollment process as user-friendly as possible, and that’s what led to this year’s launch of Continuous Enrollment.

When you sign the enrollment contract through FACTS SIS this year, your student(s) will be automatically enrolled for the duration of their time at Providence. You will never have to re-enroll again…EVER. Online enrollment begins January 3rd. If you decide not to continue your student’s enrollment at Providence, you will have to OPT-OUT by telling the school that you are not planning to attend the following year. If you fail to notify us prior to the January 31st deadline, you are bound to the continuous enrollment contract.

Asked Questions

As always, Providence staff will be available to assist you with online re-enrollment if you have questions or challenges. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue our partnership providing a “Boldly Christian and Unquestionably Academic” education for all our students.

A new process that enrolls your child each year at Providence until he or she graduates, or until you tell us otherwise. We take the stewardship of tuition dollars entrusted to us very seriously. We want to invest these tuition dollars wisely so that we can provide the best education possible for our students. In order to do so effectively, it is imperative that we know how many students we will have on the first day of school.

Up until this point, re-enrollment has been an “opt-in” program. We annually ask every family, “Are you returning to Providence?” Given that more than 96% of our families returned for the current year, annual re-enrollment has been a time-consuming process. By signing your Continuous Enrollment agreement, you will be flipping that script. Rather than an OPT-IN annual re-enrollment process, Providence’s annual re-enrollment will become an OPT-OUT process. In other words, after signing your “Continuous Enrollment Agreement,” you’ll never have to worry about completing an enrollment packet ever again.

If you decide not to continue your child’s enrollment at Providence, you will have to OPT-OUT by telling the school that you are not planning to attend Providence the following year. If you fail to notify us prior to the January 31st deadline, you are bound to the continuous enrollment contract.

To view next year’s rates and for more detailed information click here: TUITION RATES. You will be charged a $500 tuition deposit when you submit your enrollment packet, those funds will be credited to your tuition. Please note: If a balance is owed on your student’s account, (ie: tuition, dining athletics, etc.), you will not be able to re-enroll.

Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options

The Family Empowerment Scholarship Program was enacted in 2019 and is designed to give more families access to private school education. The Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO) scholarship is accepted for students in grades K-12. To find out more information about the application process, please visit the Step Up For Students website.

Continuous enrollment will start on January 3, 2024. When you receive notification that your child’s re-enrollment packet for the 2024-2025 school year is available in FACTS SIS, you will go online to submit your child’s packet and electronically add your signature to the agreement. This is the last time you will be asked to re-enroll at Providence. This year’s signature indicates that you are enrolling your child until graduation or until you tell us otherwise.

Simplicity. Saving Your Seat.

With increasing enrollment, we are either at or on waitlists in many of our grades, and placement in next year’s class is an increasingly sought-after spot. By opting into continuous enrollment, you’ll be reserving that coveted seat for your child until graduation.

Continuous Enrollment is a once-and-for-all process. Once you sign your Continuous Enrollment agreement, you’ll never have to worry about re-enrollment again.

Providence families that are continuously enrolled and then dis-enroll after the specified date will lose their deposit and will be held to the terms of the Continuous Enrollment contract.
