Deadline to register for the event is April 1st, 2025. Please note that the deadline to purchase prom tickets is April 1st. After April 1st, a $20 late penalty will be added to ticket prices.

FAQ’s
- Yes, all girls attending prom must have their attire approved by Dean Smith no later than April 5th
- Girls may email pictures of their attire to lsmith@prov.org or use the Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/926873252988200/?rdid=08Wce5tQyX4obgqS#
- Yes, students may bring guests that do not attend Providence if they complete and submit the Providence Prom Guest Form
- Forms can be printed or picked up in the Upper School Media Center
- Forms can be submitted in-person to Mrs. Jacobs or emailed to gjacobs@prov.org
- Please note that the maximum age limit for guests is 20 years old.
